Full Refund

Cancellations made at least 78 hours before check-in through Booking.com are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

Partial Refund

Cancellations made within 24-48 hours before check-in incur a 50% charge of the booking amount.

No Refund

Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Early Departures

Guests who depart earlier than their scheduled check-out date will not be refunded for the remaining nights.

Special Promotions

Bookings made under special promotions or discounted rates are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

Changes to Reservation Dates

Changes to reservation dates must be made at least 78 hours before arrival, are subject to availability, and may incur additional charges or rate adjustments.

Non-Refundable Rates

Some rates or packages may be explicitly non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. These conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Group Bookings

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions, Camiguin Blue Lagoon Cottages reserves the right to provide alternative solutions in lieu of refunds, subject to policy updates.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
